100ft Super Techno Crane at Panavision

My friends at Panavision asked me to shoot some footage to help them demonstrate the capabilities of their new 100ft Super Technocrane today. It was a real privilege to be one of the first DP's in the world to use this incredible tool. With a Scorpio 3 axis stabilized head we could smoothly transition from just over a foot off the ground to an amazing 105 foot lens height. I'm sure it won't be long before we see it being put to great use by DP's and Directors around the world - I can already think of some fantastic applications for it myself. A truly remarkable feat of engineering, well done to all involved.
